# Sahih Muslim 4:812 — The Book of Prayers

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ زَكَرِيَّاءَ، عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ، وَعَنْ مِسْعَرٍ، وَعَنْ مَالِكِ بْنِ مِغْوَلٍ، كُلُّهُمْ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ، بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ مِثْلَهُ غَيْرَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ ‏
"‏ وَبَارِكْ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ وَلَمْ يَقُلِ اللَّهُمَّ ‏.‏

## English Translation (Abdul Hamid Siddiqui)
> A hadith like this has been narrated by al-Hakam except that he said: " Bless Muhammad (ﷺ)" and he did not say:" O Allah I
