# Sahih Muslim 7:1871 — The Book of Prayer - Friday

وَحَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي عُمَرَ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ، عَنِ الأَعْرَجِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، وَابْنِ طَاوُسٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏
"‏ نَحْنُ الآخِرُونَ وَنَحْنُ السَّابِقُونَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ بِمِثْلِهِ ‏.‏

## English Translation (Abdul Hamid Siddiqui)
> A hadith like this has been narrated by Abu Huraira that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: We are the last and would be the first on the Day of Resurrection.
