# Quran 12:11 — Surah Yusuf (Joseph), Verse 11

قَالُواْ يَٰٓأَبَانَا مَا لَكَ لَا تَأۡمَ۬نَّا عَلَىٰ يُوسُفَ وَإِنَّا لَهُۥ لَنَٰصِحُونَ

## Arabic (IndoPak script)
قَالُوْا یٰۤاَبَانَا مَا لَكَ لَا تَاْمَنَّا عَلٰی یُوْسُفَ وَاِنَّا لَهٗ لَنٰصِحُوْنَ ۟

## Transliteration
Qaaloo yaaa abaanaa maa laka laa ta'mannaa 'alaa Yoosufa wa innaa lahoo lanaa sihoon

## English Translation (Abdullah Yusuf Ali)
> They said: "O our father! why dost thou not trust us with Joseph,- seeing we are indeed his sincere well-wishers?
