# Quran 16:76 — Surah Al-Nahl (The Bees), Verse 76

## Arabic (Uthmani script)
وَضَرَبَ ٱللَّهُ مَثَلٗا رَّجُلَيۡنِ أَحَدُهُمَآ أَبۡكَمُ لَا يَقۡدِرُ عَلَىٰ شَيۡءٖ وَهُوَ كَلٌّ عَلَىٰ مَوۡلَىٰهُ أَيۡنَمَا يُوَجِّههُّ لَا يَأۡتِ بِخَيۡرٍ هَلۡ يَسۡتَوِي هُوَ وَمَن يَأۡمُرُ بِٱلۡعَدۡلِ وَهُوَ عَلَىٰ صِرَٰطٖ مُّسۡتَقِيمٖ

وَضَرَبَ اللّٰهُ مَثَلًا رَّجُلَیْنِ اَحَدُهُمَاۤ اَبْكَمُ لَا یَقْدِرُ عَلٰی شَیْءٍ وَّهُوَ كَلٌّ عَلٰی مَوْلٰىهُ اَیْنَمَا یُوَجِّهْهُّ لَا یَاْتِ بِخَیْرٍ هَلْ یَسْتَوِیْ هُوَ وَمَنْ یَّاْمُرُ بِالْعَدْلِ وَهُوَ عَلٰی صِرَاطٍ مُّسْتَقِیْمٍ 

## Transliteration
Wa darabal laahu masalar rajulaini ahaduhumaaa abkamu laa yaqdiru 'alaa shai'inw wa huwa kallun 'alaa mawlaahu ainamaa yuwajjihhu laa yaati bikhairin hal yastawee huwa wa many-yaamuru bil'adli wa huwa 'alaa Siraatim Mustaqeem

## English Translation (Abdullah Yusuf Ali)
> Allah sets forth (another) Parable of two men: one of them dumb, with no power of any sort; a wearisome burden is he to his master; whichever way he directs him, he brings no good: is such a man equal with one who commands Justice, and is on a Straight Way?
