# Quran 2:121 — Surah Al-Baqarah (The Cow), Verse 121

ٱلَّذِينَ ءَاتَيۡنَٰهُمُ ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ يَتۡلُونَهُۥ حَقَّ تِلَاوَتِهِۦٓ أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ يُؤۡمِنُونَ بِهِۦۗ وَمَن يَكۡفُرۡ بِهِۦ فَأُوْلَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلۡخَٰسِرُونَ

اَلَّذِیْنَ اٰتَیْنٰهُمُ الْكِتٰبَ یَتْلُوْنَهٗ حَقَّ تِلَاوَتِهٖ اُولٰٓىِٕكَ یُؤْمِنُوْنَ بِهٖ وَمَنْ یَّكْفُرْ بِهٖ فَاُولٰٓىِٕكَ هُمُ الْخٰسِرُوْنَ 

## Transliteration
Allazeena aatainaahumul Kitaaba yatloonahoo haqqa tilaawatiheee ulaaa'ika yu'minoona bih; wa mai yakfur bihee fa ulaaa'ika humul khaasiroon

## English Translation (Abdullah Yusuf Ali)
> Those to whom We have sent the Book study it as it should be studied: They are the ones that believe therein: Those who reject faith therein,- the loss is their own.
