# Quran 2:148 — Surah Al-Baqarah (The Cow), Verse 148

## Arabic (Uthmani script)
وَلِكُلّٖ وِجۡهَةٌ هُوَ مُوَلِّيهَاۖ فَٱسۡتَبِقُواْ ٱلۡخَيۡرَٰتِۚ أَيۡنَ مَا تَكُونُواْ يَأۡتِ بِكُمُ ٱللَّهُ جَمِيعًاۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيۡءٖ قَدِيرٞ

وَلِكُلٍّ وِّجْهَةٌ هُوَ مُوَلِّیْهَا فَاسْتَبِقُوْا الْخَیْرٰتِ اَیْنَ مَا تَكُوْنُوْا یَاْتِ بِكُمُ اللّٰهُ جَمِیْعًا اِنَّ اللّٰهَ عَلٰی كُلِّ شَیْءٍ قَدِیْرٌ ۟

## Transliteration
Wa likullinw wijhatun huwa muwalleehaa fastabiqul khairaat; ayna maa takoonoo yaati bikumullaahu jamee'aa; innal laaha 'alaa kulli shai'in qadeer

## English Translation (Abdullah Yusuf Ali)
> To each is a goal to which Allah turns him; then strive together (as in a race) Towards all that is good. Wheresoever ye are, Allah will bring you Together. For Allah Hath power over all things.
