# Quran 2:238 — Surah Al-Baqarah (The Cow), Verse 238

## Arabic (Uthmani script)
حَٰفِظُواْ عَلَى ٱلصَّلَوَٰتِ وَٱلصَّلَوٰةِ ٱلۡوُسۡطَىٰ وَقُومُواْ لِلَّهِ قَٰنِتِينَ

## Arabic (IndoPak script)
حٰفِظُوْا عَلَی الصَّلَوٰتِ وَالصَّلٰوةِ الْوُسْطٰی وَقُوْمُوْا لِلّٰهِ قٰنِتِیْنَ ۟

## Transliteration
Haafizoo 'alas salawaati was Salaatil Wustaa wa qoomoo lillaahi qaaniteen

## English Translation (Abdullah Yusuf Ali)
> Guard strictly your (habit of) prayers, especially the Middle Prayer; and stand before Allah in a devout (frame of mind).
