# Quran 3:169 — Surah Aali Imran (The Family of Imran), Verse 169

## Arabic (Uthmani script)
وَلَا تَحۡسَبَنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ قُتِلُواْ فِي سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ أَمۡوَٰتَۢاۚ بَلۡ أَحۡيَآءٌ عِندَ رَبِّهِمۡ يُرۡزَقُونَ

## Arabic (IndoPak script)
وَلَا تَحْسَبَنَّ الَّذِیْنَ قُتِلُوْا فِیْ سَبِیْلِ اللّٰهِ اَمْوَاتًا بَلْ اَحْیَآءٌ عِنْدَ رَبِّهِمْ یُرْزَقُوْنَ ۟

## Transliteration
Wa laa tahsabannal lazeena qutiloo fee sabeelillaahi amwaata; bal ahyaaa'un 'inda Rabbihim yurzaqoon

## English Translation (Abdullah Yusuf Ali)
> Think not of those who are slain in Allah's way as dead. Nay, they live, finding their sustenance in the presence of their Lord;
