# Quran 4:109 — Surah An-Nisa' (The Women), Verse 109

هَٰٓأَنتُمۡ هَٰٓؤُلَآءِ جَٰدَلۡتُمۡ عَنۡهُمۡ فِي ٱلۡحَيَوٰةِ ٱلدُّنۡيَا فَمَن يُجَٰدِلُ ٱللَّهَ عَنۡهُمۡ يَوۡمَ ٱلۡقِيَٰمَةِ أَم مَّن يَكُونُ عَلَيۡهِمۡ وَكِيلٗا

هٰۤاَنْتُمْ هٰۤؤُلَآءِ جَادَلْتُمْ عَنْهُمْ فِی الْحَیٰوةِ الدُّنْیَا فَمَنْ یُّجَادِلُ اللّٰهَ عَنْهُمْ یَوْمَ الْقِیٰمَةِ اَمْ مَّنْ یَّكُوْنُ عَلَیْهِمْ وَكِیْلًا ۟

## Transliteration
Haaa antum haaa'ulaaa'i jaadaltum 'anhum fil hayaatid dunyaa famai yujaadilul laaha 'anhum Yawmal Qiyaamati am mai yakoonu 'alaihim wakeelaa

## English Translation (Abdullah Yusuf Ali)
> Ah! These are the sort of men on whose behalf ye may contend in this world; but who will contend with Allah on their behalf on the Day of Judgment, or who will carry their affairs through?
