# Quran 4:98 — Surah An-Nisa' (The Women), Verse 98

إِلَّا ٱلۡمُسۡتَضۡعَفِينَ مِنَ ٱلرِّجَالِ وَٱلنِّسَآءِ وَٱلۡوِلۡدَٰنِ لَا يَسۡتَطِيعُونَ حِيلَةٗ وَلَا يَهۡتَدُونَ سَبِيلٗا

## Arabic (IndoPak script)
اِلَّا الْمُسْتَضْعَفِیْنَ مِنَ الرِّجَالِ وَالنِّسَآءِ وَالْوِلْدَانِ لَا یَسْتَطِیْعُوْنَ حِیْلَةً وَّلَا یَهْتَدُوْنَ سَبِیْلًا ۟

## Transliteration
Illal mustad 'afeena minar rijaali wannisaaa'i walwildaani laa yastatee'oona heelatanw wa laa yahtadoona sabeela

## English Translation (Abdullah Yusuf Ali)
> Except those who are (really) weak and oppressed - men, women, and children - who have no means in their power, nor (a guide-post) to direct their way.
