Surah Ash-Shura (The Consultation), Verse 42

اِنَّمَا السَّبِیْلُ عَلَی الَّذِیْنَ یَظْلِمُوْنَ النَّاسَ وَیَبْغُوْنَ فِی الْاَرْضِ بِغَیْرِ الْحَقِّ اُولٰٓىِٕكَ لَهُمْ عَذَابٌ اَلِیْمٌ ۟

Innamas sabeelu 'alal lazeena yazlimoonan naasa wa yabghoona fil ardi bighairil haqq; ulaaa'ika lahum 'azaabun aleem

“The blame is only against those who oppress men and wrong-doing and insolently transgress beyond bounds through the land, defying right and justice: for such there will be a penalty grievous.”
