# Quran 5:111 — Surah Al-Mai'dah (The Spread Table), Verse 111

## Arabic (Uthmani script)
وَإِذۡ أَوۡحَيۡتُ إِلَى ٱلۡحَوَارِيِّـۧنَ أَنۡ ءَامِنُواْ بِي وَبِرَسُولِي قَالُوٓاْ ءَامَنَّا وَٱشۡهَدۡ بِأَنَّنَا مُسۡلِمُونَ

## Arabic (IndoPak script)
وَاِذْ اَوْحَیْتُ اِلَی الْحَوَارِیّٖنَ اَنْ اٰمِنُوْا بِیْ وَبِرَسُوْلِیْ قَالُوْۤا اٰمَنَّا وَاشْهَدْ بِاَنَّنَا مُسْلِمُوْنَ ۟

## Transliteration
Wa iz awhaitu ilal hawaariyyeena an aaminoo bee wa bi Rasoolee qaalooo aamannaa washhad bi annanaa muslimoon

## English Translation (Abdullah Yusuf Ali)
> "And behold! I inspired the disciples to have faith in Me and Mine Messenger: they said, 'We have faith, and do thou bear witness that we bow to Allah as Muslims'".
