# Quran 7:135 — Surah Al-A'raf (The Heights), Verse 135

## Arabic (Uthmani script)
فَلَمَّا كَشَفۡنَا عَنۡهُمُ ٱلرِّجۡزَ إِلَىٰٓ أَجَلٍ هُم بَٰلِغُوهُ إِذَا هُمۡ يَنكُثُونَ

## Arabic (IndoPak script)
فَلَمَّا كَشَفْنَا عَنْهُمُ الرِّجْزَ اِلٰۤی اَجَلٍ هُمْ بٰلِغُوْهُ اِذَا هُمْ یَنْكُثُوْنَ ۟

## Transliteration
Falammaa kashafnaa 'anhumur rijza ilaaa ajalin hum baalighoohu izaa hum yankusoon

## English Translation (Abdullah Yusuf Ali)
> But every time We removed the penalty from them according to a fixed term which they had to fulfil,- Behold! they broke their word!
