# Quran 7:24 — Surah Al-A'raf (The Heights), Verse 24

قَالَ ٱهۡبِطُواْ بَعۡضُكُمۡ لِبَعۡضٍ عَدُوّٞۖ وَلَكُمۡ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ مُسۡتَقَرّٞ وَمَتَٰعٌ إِلَىٰ حِينٖ

قَالَ اهْبِطُوْا بَعْضُكُمْ لِبَعْضٍ عَدُوٌّ وَلَكُمْ فِی الْاَرْضِ مُسْتَقَرٌّ وَّمَتَاعٌ اِلٰی حِیْنٍ ۟

## Transliteration
Qaalah bitoo ba'dukum liba'din aduwwunw wa lakum fil ardi mustaqarrunw wa mataa'un ilaaheen

## English Translation (Abdullah Yusuf Ali)
> (Allah) said: "Get ye down. With enmity between yourselves. On earth will be your dwelling-place and your means of livelihood,- for a time."
