# Quran 7:39 — Surah Al-A'raf (The Heights), Verse 39

## Arabic (Uthmani script)
وَقَالَتۡ أُولَىٰهُمۡ لِأُخۡرَىٰهُمۡ فَمَا كَانَ لَكُمۡ عَلَيۡنَا مِن فَضۡلٖ فَذُوقُواْ ٱلۡعَذَابَ بِمَا كُنتُمۡ تَكۡسِبُونَ

## Arabic (IndoPak script)
وَقَالَتْ اُوْلٰىهُمْ لِاُخْرٰىهُمْ فَمَا كَانَ لَكُمْ عَلَیْنَا مِنْ فَضْلٍ فَذُوْقُوا الْعَذَابَ بِمَا كُنْتُمْ تَكْسِبُوْنَ 

## Transliteration
Wa qaalat oolaahum li ukhraahum famaa kaana lakum 'alainaa min fadlin fazooqul azaaba bimaa kuntum taksiboon

## English Translation (Abdullah Yusuf Ali)
> Then the first will say to the last: "See then! No advantage have ye over us; so taste ye of the penalty for all that ye did!"
