# Quran 7:42 — Surah Al-A'raf (The Heights), Verse 42

## Arabic (Uthmani script)
وَٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ وَعَمِلُواْ ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتِ لَا نُكَلِّفُ نَفۡسًا إِلَّا وُسۡعَهَآ أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ أَصۡحَٰبُ ٱلۡجَنَّةِۖ هُمۡ فِيهَا خَٰلِدُونَ

## Arabic (IndoPak script)
وَالَّذِیْنَ اٰمَنُوْا وَعَمِلُوا الصّٰلِحٰتِ لَا نُكَلِّفُ نَفْسًا اِلَّا وُسْعَهَاۤ اُولٰٓىِٕكَ اَصْحٰبُ الْجَنَّةِ هُمْ فِیْهَا خٰلِدُوْنَ ۟

## Transliteration
Wallazeena aamanoo wa 'amilus saalihaati laa nukallifu nafsan illaa wus'ahaaa ulaaa'ika Ashaabul jannati hum feehaa khaalidoon

## English Translation (Abdullah Yusuf Ali)
> But those who believe and work righteousness,- no burden do We place on any soul, but that which it can bear,- they will be Companions of the Garden, therein to dwell (for ever).
