# Quran 8:45 — Surah Al-Anfal (The Spoils of War), Verse 45

يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوٓاْ إِذَا لَقِيتُمۡ فِئَةٗ فَٱثۡبُتُواْ وَٱذۡكُرُواْ ٱللَّهَ كَثِيرٗا لَّعَلَّكُمۡ تُفۡلِحُونَ

یٰۤاَیُّهَا الَّذِیْنَ اٰمَنُوْۤا اِذَا لَقِیْتُمْ فِئَةً فَاثْبُتُوْا وَاذْكُرُوا اللّٰهَ كَثِیْرًا لَّعَلَّكُمْ تُفْلِحُوْنَ ۟

## Transliteration
Yaaa aiyuhal lazeena aamanooo izaa laqeetum fi'atan fasbutoo wazkurul laaha kaseeral la'allakum tuflihoon

## English Translation (Abdullah Yusuf Ali)
> O ye who believe! When ye meet a force, be firm, and call Allah in remembrance much (and often); that ye may prosper:
