Full Hadith
Ibn `Abbas reported:The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) used to teach us tashahhud just as he used to teach us a Surah of the Qur'an, and he would say: All services rendered by words, acts of worship, and all good things are due to Allah. Peace be upon you, O Prophet, and Allah's mercy and blessings. Peace be upon us and upon Allah's upright servants. I testify that there is no god but Allah, and I testify that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah. In the narration of Ibn Rumh (the words are): "As he would teach us the Qur'an."

"Truly, my prayer and my service of sacrifice, my life and my death, are (all) for Allah, the Cherisher of the Worlds: No partner hath He: this am I commanded, and I am the first of those who bow to His will.

Alhamdulillaahil lazi kafaana wa arwaana ghayra makfiyyiu wa laa makfoor.
Praise be to Allah Who has satisfied our needs and quenched our thirst. Your favour cannot be compensated or denied.

Read more →ٱللَّهُمَّ أَنتَ رَبِّى لَآ إِلَٰهَ إِلَّآ أَنتَ خَلَقْتَنِى وَأَنَا عَبْدُكَ وَأَنَا عَلَىٰ عَهْدِكَ وَوَعْدِكَ مَا ٱسْتَطَعْتُ أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِن شَرِّ مَا صَنَعْتُ أَبُوءُ لَكَ بِنِعْمَتِكَ عَلَىَّ وَأَبُوءُ لَكَ بِذَنبِى فَٱغْفِرْ لِى فَإِنَّهُ لَا يَغْفِرُ ٱلذُّنُوبَ إِلَّآ أَنتَ
Allaahumma anta rabbee laa ilaaha illaa anta khalaqtani wa anaa abduka wa ana 'alaa 'ahdika wa wa'dika mastata't, a'oodhu bika min sharri maa sana't, aboo`u laka bini'matika 'alayya wa aboo`u laka bidhambee faghfir lee fa`innahuu laa yaghfirudh dhunooba illaa ant.
O Allah! You are my Rabb. There is no true god except You. You have created me, and I am Your slave, and I hold to Your Covenant as far as I can. I seek refuge in You from the evil of what I have done. I acknowledge the favours that You have bestowed upon me, and I confess my sins. Pardon me, for none but You has the power to pardon.
