Arabic Text
حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ دِينَارٍ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ ـ رضى الله عنهما ـ يَقُولُ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهُ صلى الله عليه وسلم " لاَ تَحْلِفُوا بِآبَائِكُمْ ".
English Translation
Narrated 'Abdullah bin 'Umar: Allah's Apostle said, "Do not swear by your fathers."
