Al-Fatiha

بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ ۟

Bismillaahir Rahmaanir Raheem

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.

اَلْحَمْدُ لِلّٰهِ رَبِّ الْعٰلَمِیْنَ ۟

Alhamdu lillaahi Rabbil 'aalameen

Praise be to Allah, the Cherisher and Sustainer of the worlds;

الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ ۟

Ar-Rahmaanir-Raheem

Most Gracious, Most Merciful;

مٰلِكِ یَوْمِ الدِّیْنِ ۟

Maaliki Yawmid-Deen

Master of the Day of Judgment.

اِیَّاكَ نَعْبُدُ وَاِیَّاكَ نَسْتَعِیْنُ ۟

Iyyaaka na'budu wa lyyaaka nasta'een

Thee do we worship, and Thine aid we seek.

اِهْدِنَا الصِّرَاطَ الْمُسْتَقِیْمَ ۟

Ihdinas-Siraatal-Mustaqeem

Show us the straight way,

صِرَاطَ الَّذِیْنَ اَنْعَمْتَ عَلَیْهِمْ غَیْرِ الْمَغْضُوْبِ عَلَیْهِمْ وَلَا الضَّآلِّیْنَ 

Siraatal-lazeena an'amta 'alaihim ghayril-maghdoobi 'alaihim wa lad-daaalleen

The way of those on whom Thou hast bestowed Thy Grace, those whose (portion) is not wrath, and who go not astray.
