Surah Yunus (Jonah), Verse 43

وَمِنْهُمْ مَّنْ یَّنْظُرُ اِلَیْكَ اَفَاَنْتَ تَهْدِی الْعُمْیَ وَلَوْ كَانُوْا لَا یُبْصِرُوْنَ ۟

Wa minhum mai yanzuru ilaik; afa anta tahdil 'umya wa law kaanoo laa yubsiroon

“And among them are some who look at thee: but canst thou guide the blind,- even though they will not see?”
