Surah Yunus (Jonah), Verse 49

قُلْ لَّاۤ اَمْلِكُ لِنَفْسِیْ ضَرًّا وَّلَا نَفْعًا اِلَّا مَا شَآءَ اللّٰهُ لِكُلِّ اُمَّةٍ اَجَلٌ اِذَا جَآءَ اَجَلُهُمْ فَلَا یَسْتَاْخِرُوْنَ سَاعَةً وَّلَا یَسْتَقْدِمُوْنَ ۟

Qul laaa amliku linafsee darranw wa laa naf'an illaa maa shaaa'al laah; likulli ummatin ajalun izaa jaaa'a ajaluhum fa laaa yasta'khiroona saa'atanw wa laa yastaqdimoon

“Say: "I have no power over any harm or profit to myself except as Allah willeth. To every people is a term appointed: when their term is reached, not an hour can they cause delay, nor (an hour) can they advance (it in anticipation)."”
