Surah Yunus (Jonah), Verse 83

فَمَاۤ اٰمَنَ لِمُوْسٰۤی اِلَّا ذُرِّیَّةٌ مِّنْ قَوْمِهٖ عَلٰی خَوْفٍ مِّنْ فِرْعَوْنَ وَمَلَاۡىِٕهِمْ اَنْ یَّفْتِنَهُمْ وَاِنَّ فِرْعَوْنَ لَعَالٍ فِی الْاَرْضِ وَاِنَّهٗ لَمِنَ الْمُسْرِفِیْنَ ۟

Famaaa aamana li-Moosaaa illaa zurriyyatun min qawmihee 'alaa khawfin min Fir'awna wa mala'ihim 'any yaftinahum; wa inna Fir'awna la'aalin fil ardi wa innahoo laminal musrifeen

“But none believed in Moses except some children of his people, because of the fear of Pharaoh and his chiefs, lest they should persecute them; and certainly Pharaoh was mighty on the earth and one who transgressed all bounds.”
