Surah Ar-Ra'd (The Thunder), Verse 41

اَوَلَمْ یَرَوْا اَنَّا نَاْتِی الْاَرْضَ نَنْقُصُهَا مِنْ اَطْرَافِهَا وَاللّٰهُ یَحْكُمُ لَا مُعَقِّبَ لِحُكْمِهٖ وَهُوَ سَرِیْعُ الْحِسَابِ ۟

Awalam yaraw annaa na'til arda nanqusuhaa min atraafihaa; wallaahu yahkumu laa mu'aqqiba lihukmih; wa Huwa saree'ul hisaab

“See they not that We gradually reduce the land (in their control) from its outlying borders? (Where) Allah commands, there is none to put back His Command: and He is swift in calling to account.”
