Surah Al-Nahl (The Bees), Verse 53

وَمَا بِكُمْ مِّنْ نِّعْمَةٍ فَمِنَ اللّٰهِ ثُمَّ اِذَا مَسَّكُمُ الضُّرُّ فَاِلَیْهِ تَجْـَٔرُوْنَ ۟

Wa maa bikum minni'matin faminal laahi summa izaa massakumud durru fa ilaihi taj'aroon

“And ye have no good thing but is from Allah: and moreover, when ye are touched by distress, unto Him ye cry with groans;”
