Surah Al-Isra' (The Night Journey), Verse 100

قُلْ لَّوْ اَنْتُمْ تَمْلِكُوْنَ خَزَآىِٕنَ رَحْمَةِ رَبِّیْۤ اِذًا لَّاَمْسَكْتُمْ خَشْیَةَ الْاِنْفَاقِ وَكَانَ الْاِنْسَانُ قَتُوْرًا 

Qul law antum tamlikoona khazaaa'ina rahmati Rabbeee izal la amsaktum khash yatal infaaq; wa kaanal insaanu qatooraa

“Say: "If ye had control of the Treasures of the Mercy of my Lord, behold, ye would keep them back, for fear of spending them: for man is (every) niggardly!"”
