Surah Al-Kahf (The Cave), Verse 101

ݹلَّذِیْنَ كَانَتْ اَعْیُنُهُمْ فِیْ غِطَآءٍ عَنْ ذِكْرِیْ وَكَانُوْا لَا یَسْتَطِیْعُوْنَ سَمْعًا 

Allazeena kaanat a'yunuhum fee ghitaaa'in 'an zikree wa kaanoo laa yastatee'oona sam'aa

“(Unbelievers) whose eyes had been under a veil from remembrance of Me, and who had been unable even to hear.”
