Surah Al-Baqarah (The Cow), Verse 133

اَمْ كُنْتُمْ شُهَدَآءَ اِذْ حَضَرَ یَعْقُوْبَ الْمَوْتُ اِذْ قَالَ لِبَنِیْهِ مَا تَعْبُدُوْنَ مِنْ بَعْدِیْ قَالُوْا نَعْبُدُ اِلٰهَكَ وَاِلٰهَ اٰبَآىِٕكَ اِبْرٰهٖمَ وَاِسْمٰعِیْلَ وَاِسْحٰقَ اِلٰهًا وَّاحِدًا وَّنَحْنُ لَهٗ مُسْلِمُوْنَ ۟

Am kuntum shuhadaaa'a iz hadara Ya'qoobal mawtu iz qaala libaneehi maa ta'budoona mim ba'dee qaaloo na'budu ilaahaka wa ilaaha aabaaa'ika Ibraaheema wa Ismaa'eela wa Ishaaqa Ilaahanw waahidanw wa nahnu lahoo muslimoon

“Were ye witnesses when death appeared before Jacob? Behold, he said to his sons: "What will ye worship after me?" They said: "We shall worship Thy god and the god of thy fathers, of Abraham, Isma'il and Isaac,- the one (True) Allah: To Him we bow (in Islam)."”
