Surah Al-Baqarah (The Cow), Verse 193

وَقٰتِلُوْهُمْ حَتّٰی لَا تَكُوْنَ فِتْنَةٌ وَّیَكُوْنَ الدِّیْنُ لِلّٰهِ فَاِنِ انْتَهَوْا فَلَا عُدْوَانَ اِلَّا عَلَی الظّٰلِمِیْنَ ۟

Wa qaatiloohum hatta laa takoona fitnatunw wa yakoonad deenu lillaahi fa-inin tahaw falaa 'udwaana illaa 'alaz zaalimeen

“And fight them on until there is no more Tumult or oppression, and there prevail justice and faith in Allah; but if they cease, Let there be no hostility except to those who practise oppression.”
