Surah Al-Baqarah (The Cow), Verse 20

یَكَادُ الْبَرْقُ یَخْطَفُ اَبْصَارَهُمْ كُلَّمَاۤ اَضَآءَ لَهُمْ مَّشَوْا فِیْهِ وَاِذَاۤ اَظْلَمَ عَلَیْهِمْ قَامُوْا وَلَوْ شَآءَ اللّٰهُ لَذَهَبَ بِسَمْعِهِمْ وَاَبْصَارِهِمْ اِنَّ اللّٰهَ عَلٰی كُلِّ شَیْءٍ قَدِیْرٌ 

Yakaadul barqu yakhtafu absaarahum kullamaaa adaaa'a lahum mashaw feehi wa izaaa azlama 'alaihim qaamoo; wa law shaaa'al laahu lazahaba bisam'ihim wa absaarihim; innal laaha 'alaa kulli shai'in Qadeer

The lightning all but snatches away their sight; every time the light (Helps) them, they walk therein, and when the darkness grows on them, they stand still. And if Allah willed, He could take away their faculty of hearing and seeing; for Allah hath power over all things.
