Surah Al-Baqarah (The Cow), Verse 283

وَاِنْ كُنْتُمْ عَلٰی سَفَرٍ وَّلَمْ تَجِدُوْا كَاتِبًا فَرِهٰنٌ مَّقْبُوْضَةٌ فَاِنْ اَمِنَ بَعْضُكُمْ بَعْضًا فَلْیُؤَدِّ الَّذِی اؤْتُمِنَ اَمَانَتَهٗ وَلْیَتَّقِ اللّٰهَ رَبَّهٗ وَلَا تَكْتُمُوا الشَّهَادَةَ وَمَنْ یَّكْتُمْهَا فَاِنَّهٗۤ اٰثِمٌ قَلْبُهٗ وَاللّٰهُ بِمَا تَعْمَلُوْنَ عَلِیْمٌ 

Wa in kuntum 'alaa safarinw wa lam tajidoo kaatiban farihaanum maqboodatun fa in amina ba'dukum ba'dan falyu'addil lazi tumina amaa natahoo walyattaqil laaha Rabbah; wa laa taktumush shahaadah; wa mai yaktumhaa fa innahooo aasimun qalbuh; wallaahu bimaa ta'maloona 'Aleem

“If ye are on a journey and cannot find a scribe a pledge with possession (may serve the purpose). And if one of you deposits a thing on trust with another let the trustee (faithfully) discharge his trust and let him fear his Lord. Conceal not evidence; for whoever conceals it his heart is tainted with sin. And Allah knoweth all that ye do.”
