Surah Al-Anbiya' (The Prophets), Verse 48

وَلَقَدْ اٰتَیْنَا مُوْسٰی وَهٰرُوْنَ الْفُرْقَانَ وَضِیَآءً وَّذِكْرًا لِّلْمُتَّقِیْنَ ۟

Wa laqad aatainaa Moosa wa haaroonal Furqaana wa diyaa'anw wa zikral lilmuttaqeen

“In the past We granted to Moses and Aaron the criterion (for judgment), and a Light and a Message for those who would do right,-”
