Surah Al-Hajj (The Pilgrimage), Verse 4

كُتِبَ عَلَیْهِ اَنَّهٗ مَنْ تَوَلَّاهُ فَاَنَّهٗ یُضِلُّهٗ وَیَهْدِیْهِ اِلٰی عَذَابِ السَّعِیْرِ ۟

Kutiba 'alaihi annahoo man tawallaahu fa annahoo yudilluhoo wa yahdeehi ilaa 'azaabis sa'eer

“About the (Evil One) it is decreed that whoever turns to him for friendship, him will he lead astray, and he will guide him to the Penalty of the Fire.”
