Surah Al-Hajj (The Pilgrimage), Verse 75

اَللّٰهُ یَصْطَفِیْ مِنَ الْمَلٰٓىِٕكَةِ رُسُلًا وَّمِنَ النَّاسِ اِنَّ اللّٰهَ سَمِیْعٌ بَصِیْرٌ ۟

Allahu yastafee minal malaaa'ikati Rusulanw wa minan naas; innal laaha Samee'un Baseer

“Allah chooses messengers from angels and from men for Allah is He Who hears and sees (all things).”
