Surah Al-Mu'minun (The Believers), Verse 13

ثُمَّ جَعَلْنٰهُ نُطْفَةً فِیْ قَرَارٍ مَّكِیْنٍ ۟

Summa ja'alnaahu nutfatan fee qaraarim makeen

“Then We placed him as (a drop of) sperm in a place of rest, firmly fixed;”
