Surah Al-Mu'minun (The Believers), Verse 46

اِلٰی فِرْعَوْنَ وَمَلَاۡىِٕهٖ فَاسْتَكْبَرُوْا وَكَانُوْا قَوْمًا عَالِیْنَ ۟

Ilaa Fir'awna wa mala'ihee fastakbaroo wa kaanoo qawman 'aaleen

“To Pharaoh and his Chiefs: But these behaved insolently: they were an arrogant people.”
