Surah Al-Furqan (The Criterion), Verse 48

وَهُوَ الَّذِیْۤ اَرْسَلَ الرِّیٰحَ بُشْرًاۢ بَیْنَ یَدَیْ رَحْمَتِهٖ وَاَنْزَلْنَا مِنَ السَّمَآءِ مَآءً طَهُوْرًا ۟

Wa Huwal lazeee arsalar riyaaha bushran baina yadai rahmatih; wa anzalnaa minas samaaa'i maaa'an tahooraa

“And He it is Who sends the winds as heralds of glad tidings, going before His mercy, and We send down pure water from the sky,-”
