Surah Al-Furqan (The Criterion), Verse 6

قُلْ اَنْزَلَهُ الَّذِیْ یَعْلَمُ السِّرَّ فِی السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالْاَرْضِ اِنَّهٗ كَانَ غَفُوْرًا رَّحِیْمًا ۟

Qul anzalhul lazee ya'lamus sirra fis samaawaati wal-ard; innahoo kaana Ghafoorar Raheemaa

“Say: "The (Qur'an) was sent down by Him who knows the mystery (that is) in the heavens and the earth: verily He is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful."”
