Surah Ah-Shu'ara' (The Poets), Verse 130

وَاِذَا بَطَشْتُمْ بَطَشْتُمْ جَبَّارِیْنَ ۟

Wa izaa batashtum batashtum jabbaareen

“"And when ye exert your strong hand, do ye do it like men of absolute power?”
