Surah Ah-Shu'ara' (The Poets), Verse 192

وَاِنَّهٗ لَتَنْزِیْلُ رَبِّ الْعٰلَمِیْنَ ۟

Wa innahoo latanzeelu Rabbil 'aalameen

“Verily this is a Revelation from the Lord of the Worlds:”
