Surah Ah-Shu'ara' (The Poets), Verse 4

اِنْ نَّشَاْ نُنَزِّلْ عَلَیْهِمْ مِّنَ السَّمَآءِ اٰیَةً فَظَلَّتْ اَعْنَاقُهُمْ لَهَا خٰضِعِیْنَ ۟

In nashaa nunazzil 'alaihim minas samaaa'i Aayatan fazallat a'naaquhum lahaa khaadi'een

“If (such) were Our Will, We could send down to them from the sky a Sign, to which they would bend their necks in humility.”
