Surah Al-Qasas (The Stories), Verse 18

فَاَصْبَحَ فِی الْمَدِیْنَةِ خَآىِٕفًا یَّتَرَقَّبُ فَاِذَا الَّذِی اسْتَنْصَرَهٗ بِالْاَمْسِ یَسْتَصْرِخُهٗ قَالَ لَهٗ مُوْسٰۤی اِنَّكَ لَغَوِیٌّ مُّبِیْنٌ ۟

Fa asbaha fil madeenati khaaa'ifany yataraqqabu fa izal lazis tansarahoo bil amsi yastasrikhuh; qaala lahoo moosaaa innaka laghawiyyum mubeen

“So he saw the morning in the city, looking about, in a state of fear, when behold, the man who had, the day before, sought his help called aloud for his help (again). Moses said to him: "Thou art truly, it is clear, a quarrelsome fellow!"”
