Surah Al-Qasas (The Stories), Verse 4

اِنَّ فِرْعَوْنَ عَلَا فِی الْاَرْضِ وَجَعَلَ اَهْلَهَا شِیَعًا یَّسْتَضْعِفُ طَآىِٕفَةً مِّنْهُمْ یُذَبِّحُ اَبْنَآءَهُمْ وَیَسْتَحْیٖ نِسَآءَهُمْ اِنَّهٗ كَانَ مِنَ الْمُفْسِدِیْنَ ۟

Inna Fir'awna 'alaa fil ardi wa ja'ala ahlahaa shiya'ai yastad'ifu taaa'ifatam minhum yuzabbihu abnaaa'ahum wa yastahyee nisaaa'ahum; innahoo kaana minal mufsideen

“Truly Pharaoh elated himself in the land and broke up its people into sections, depressing a small group among them: their sons he slew, but he kept alive their females: for he was indeed a maker of mischief.”
