Surah Al-Qasas (The Stories), Verse 50

فَاِنْ لَّمْ یَسْتَجِیْبُوْا لَكَ فَاعْلَمْ اَنَّمَا یَتَّبِعُوْنَ اَهْوَآءَهُمْ وَمَنْ اَضَلُّ مِمَّنِ اتَّبَعَ هَوٰىهُ بِغَیْرِ هُدًی مِّنَ اللّٰهِ اِنَّ اللّٰهَ لَا یَهْدِی الْقَوْمَ الظّٰلِمِیْنَ 

Fa il lam yastajeeboo laka fa'lam annamaa yattabi'oona ahwaaa'ahum; wa man adallu mimmanit taba'a hawaahu bighari hudam minal laah; innal laaha laa yahdil qawmaz zaalimeen

“But if they hearken not to thee, know that they only follow their own lusts: and who is more astray than one who follows his own lusts, devoid of guidance from Allah? for Allah guides not people given to wrong-doing.”
