Surah Al-Qasas (The Stories), Verse 82

وَاَصْبَحَ الَّذِیْنَ تَمَنَّوْا مَكَانَهٗ بِالْاَمْسِ یَقُوْلُوْنَ وَیْكَاَنَّ اللّٰهَ یَبْسُطُ الرِّزْقَ لِمَنْ یَّشَآءُ مِنْ عِبَادِهٖ وَیَقْدِرُ لَوْلَاۤ اَنْ مَّنَّ اللّٰهُ عَلَیْنَا لَخَسَفَ بِنَا وَیْكَاَنَّهٗ لَا یُفْلِحُ الْكٰفِرُوْنَ 

Wa asbahal lazeena tamannaw makaanahoo bil amsi yaqooloona waika annal laaha yabsutur rizqa limany ya shaaa'u min 'ibaadihee wa yaqdiru law laaa am mannal laahu 'alainaa lakhasafa binaa waika annahoo laa yuflihul kaafiroon

“And those who had envied his position the day before began to say on the morrow: "Ah! it is indeed Allah Who enlarges the provision or restricts it, to any of His servants He pleases! had it not been that Allah was gracious to us, He could have caused the earth to swallow us up! Ah! those who reject Allah will assuredly never prosper."”
