Surah Al-Ankabut (The Spider), Verse 23

وَالَّذِیْنَ كَفَرُوْا بِاٰیٰتِ اللّٰهِ وَلِقَآىِٕهٖۤ اُولٰٓىِٕكَ یَىِٕسُوْا مِنْ رَّحْمَتِیْ وَاُولٰٓىِٕكَ لَهُمْ عَذَابٌ اَلِیْمٌ ۟

Wallazeena kafaroo bi Aayaatil laahi wa liqaaa'iheee ulaaa'ika ya'isoo mir rahmatee wa ulaaa'ika lahum 'azaabun aleem

“Those who reject the Signs of Allah and the Meeting with Him (in the Hereafter),- it is they who shall despair of My Mercy: it is they who will (suffer) a most grievous Penalty.”
