Surah Aali Imran (The Family of Imran), Verse 188

لَا تَحْسَبَنَّ الَّذِیْنَ یَفْرَحُوْنَ بِمَاۤ اَتَوْا وَّیُحِبُّوْنَ اَنْ یُّحْمَدُوْا بِمَا لَمْ یَفْعَلُوْا فَلَا تَحْسَبَنَّهُمْ بِمَفَازَةٍ مِّنَ الْعَذَابِ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ اَلِیْمٌ ۟

Laa tahsabannal lazeena yafrahoona bimaaa ataw wa yuhibbona ai yuhmadoo bimaa lam yaf'aloo falaa tahsabunnahum bimafaazatim minal 'azaabi wa lahum 'azaabun aleem

“Think not that those who exult in what they have brought about and love to be praised for what they have not done think not that they can escape the penalty. For them is a penalty grievous indeed.”
