Surah Aali Imran (The Family of Imran), Verse 6

هُوَ الَّذِیْ یُصَوِّرُكُمْ فِی الْاَرْحَامِ كَیْفَ یَشَآءُ لَاۤ اِلٰهَ اِلَّا هُوَ الْعَزِیْزُ الْحَكِیْمُ ۟

Huwal lazee yusawwirukum fil arhaami kaifa yashaaa'; laa ilaaha illaa Huwal 'Azeezul Hakeem

“He it is Who shapes you in the wombs as He pleases. There is no god but He, the Exalted in Might, the Wise.”
