Surah Ar-Rum (The Romans), Verse 18

وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ فِی السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالْاَرْضِ وَعَشِیًّا وَّحِیْنَ تُظْهِرُوْنَ ۟

Wa lahul hamdu fis samaawaati wal ardi wa 'ashiyyanw wa heena tuzhiroon

“Yea, to Him be praise, in the heavens and on earth; and in the late afternoon and when the day begins to decline.”
