Surah Ar-Rum (The Romans), Verse 27

وَهُوَ الَّذِیْ یَبْدَؤُا الْخَلْقَ ثُمَّ یُعِیْدُهٗ وَهُوَ اَهْوَنُ عَلَیْهِ وَلَهُ الْمَثَلُ الْاَعْلٰى فِی السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالْاَرْضِ وَهُوَ الْعَزِیْزُ الْحَكِیْمُ 

Wa Huwal lazee yabda'ul khalqa summa yu'eeduhoo wa huwa ahwanu 'alaih; wa lahul masalul a'laa fissamaawaati wal-ard; wa Huwal 'Azeezul Hakeem

“It is He Who begins (the process of) creation; then repeats it; and for Him it is most easy. To Him belongs the loftiest similitude (we can think of) in the heavens and the earth: for He is Exalted in Might, full of wisdom.”
